We want you to love your Labubu Doll. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ve made returning or exchanging easy and hassle-free.
24-Hour Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours after placing it — as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. You’ll receive a full refund.
30-Day Return & Exchange Period
Not completely happy with your purchase? You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange it.
After 30 days, we regret we can no longer accept returns.
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at contact@labubudollus.org. We usually reply within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
For quality-related issues, please include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it. If everything checks out, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.
What We Need for a Smooth Return
- Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Any free promotional gifts should be returned with the item
- Return shipping must be completed within the timeframe we provide (usually 3–12 business days)
- Please share the tracking number once you’ve shipped it back
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
When We Cover Return Shipping & Fees
We happily cover return shipping and any replacement costs in these situations:

Refunds Timeline
After we receive and approve your return, you’ll get an email confirmation. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days (actual time also depends on your bank or card issuer).

- Items returned due to description mismatches are processed fee-free
- We cover all shipping costs related to quality issues
- Sale/clearance items are eligible for exchange only (subject to conditions)
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned
